December 6-8, 2017 - $1500 Registration Fee

By registering as an Exhibitor and paying the fee, you are agreeing to understanding the rules and guidelines set forth here.

EXHIBIT SPACE

One table-top exhibit space with 6’ skirted table, a chair and one wastebasket. Wi-Fi service is included with the registration fee for the two-day show. Electricity can be brought to your table for the two-day show for an additional $250 fee.

TABLE TOP ASSIGNMENTS

Booth location assignment will be done on a registration/payment date basis. No space is either confirmed or held without payment.

EXHIBIT DATES, INCLUDING SET UP AND TEAR DOWN

Set up is on Wednesday, December 6, between 7am and 11am. Tear down is on Thursday, December 7, starting at 4:30pm and continuing through 11pm. The Exhibit Hall is open on Wednesday, December 6, from 11:30am – 7pm and on Thursday, December 7, from 7:30am – 3:30pm. Exhibit Hall is closed during general sessions.

REGISTRATION

All people in an exhibit booth must be registered. Exhibitor registration includes one conference registration, including all meals and one ticket to the Thursday night event. To register additional exhibitor staff, register them online for the discounted rate of $400 each. Commercial material may be displayed only by registered exhibitors within the limits of their contracted booth space or by official conference presenters during their presentations.

INSURANCE

The exhibitor understands that neither the Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers nor the host venue maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance. Security is not provided in the Exhibit Hall.

EXHIBITOR SPONSORED EVENTS

The exhibitor agrees not to hold any sponsored events where conference attendees would be invited during an MPACE scheduled event. Contact the MPACE office at 916.231.2140 for scheduling information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing prior to October 1 will receive fifty percent (50%) of their registration fees refunded. After October 1 there are no refunds for cancellation.

SHIPPING COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY

Shipping, receiving, set up and tear down, as well as return shipping of any company materials, is the responsibility of each Exhibitor. Any material left in the Exhibit Hall will be shipped back to Exhibiting using credit card on file.
