MPACE Leadership Exchange 2019: Inspiring Our Future Leaders
Breakfast will be provided for Leadership Exchange Attendees
This year the Leadership Exchange will shift its focus to emerging leaders in the career services profession. We invite mid-level managers of career centers to engage in a morning of learning, collaboration and thought-provoking discussion. You will hear from senior leaders in the field on what it takes to be a successful leader of a career center, discuss the career readiness competencies required for advancement, and leave with tangible approaches to become career ready and successfully transition to the next position in your professional journey.
Eligibility: Mid-Level Manger of a university/college career center holding the title of Associate Director or Assistant Director. Must also have at least 3 years of professional experience at a university/college career center or similar setting.
Large portion of the morning will be lead by a dynamic facilitator Rebecca Smith, Executive Director of the Office for Strengths and Vocations at Point Loma Nazarene University. Rebecca’s background, career trajectory, and talents in leading interactive programs make her a perfect fit for the Leadership Exchange.
