Learn what you can expect during your visit to the Disneyland® Resort
Please visit Disneyland.com/Updates for the latest resort-wide updates, and work with your planner for the most up-to-date information on current health and safety measures and operational changes regarding your event. These policies are under continuous review and are subject to change as we monitor conditions and receive guidance from health authorities and appropriate government agencies. As you prepare to visit, certain parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, have limited capacity, and are subject to limited availability or even closure, and park admission and offerings are not guaranteed.
The Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers will take all reasonable precautions and recommended measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and will comply with all federal, state, and local public health mandates in effect at the time of the event. By registering for the MPACE 2021 Conference, I acknowledge a risk of becoming exposed to or infected with COVID-19 as a result of my actions, omissions, or negligence, or those of other attendees or participants, including without limitation, MPACE officers, directors, employees, agents, or other MPACE members.
The health and safety of conference attendees is MPACE’s top priority. Following recent trends in the event planning industry to minimize risk and maximize participant well-being, MPACE has decided to require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test (within 72-hours or no more than three days prior to the start of the conference) for all attendees.
To ensure and respect everyone’s privacy, we have teamed up with Event Farm + CLEAR Health Pass to verify attendees’ vaccination cards and negative COVID-19 PCR tests. All conference registrants will receive instructions on how to download the CLEAR app and submit their vaccination cards or a negative test. The negative COVID-19 PCR tests are to be submitted within 72 hours of the event. After an attendee’s vaccine or a negative status is verified, they will receive their Health Pass on their smart phone and are cleared to attend 2021 MPACE Conference! All attendees are required to show their Health Pass when they pick up their name badge.
We hope that everyone feels save attending the MPACE Conference this year! All registrants also need to complete the MPACE Release and Waiver of Claims – which is signed at the time of your conference registration. If you are staying at a Disneyland property, you will also receive via email the Disneyland® Resort’s Pre-Arrival Waiver which will need to be executed. You can review Disney’s Health Acknowledgement at Disneyland.com/Updates.
Face coverings are required for all guests (ages 2 and up) in all indoor locations, regardless of vaccination status on Disneyland® Resort property. Protocols to encourage social distancing will be followed for all lectures, meals, exhibit hall and social events.
We look forward to seeing all of you safely and in-person at Disneyland in December. By instituting this new requirement our hope is that all attendees will be more comfortable with their participation at the MPACE conference. We miss you and hope to see many of you next month!
