An exclusive pre-conference event for Career Center and Employer mid-level managers

Topic: Leading Through Change – Understanding why we resist change, how to create buy-in when facing change, and how to apply the ADKAR change management model.
Target Audience: Mid level managers in Career Center or recruiting/TA roles or Director level interested in learning about change management
Session Details: The session will include activities to uncover participant’s natural inclination when faced with change, materials to help apply ADKAR to changes they have or are currently working through, and opportunities for participants to connect and learn from each other’s experiences. Breakfast will be provided!
About the Presenter: Kameko Leung has 10 years of experience in learning and development with a heavy focus on leadership development, program design, training design, and facilitation. She has spent several years managing teams of individual contributors as well as 10 years as a Director in the non-profit space. Currently, Kameko manages the Leadership Entrance Experience Program, Situational Leadership Training, and Change Management Training at Zillow. She is also a current CPTD credential holder through the Association of Talent Development.
